DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

INTRODUCTION
The College has monthly courses units covering a range of hospitality subjects. Depending on the courses you select you can study for one or three Diploma level courses. You can choose between the UK Higher National Diploma in International Hotel Management, or the Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management, or the American Hotel and Lodging Association’s Diploma in Hospitality Management. Students who study the International Hotel Management Diploma also have the opportunity to sit the American Hotel and Lodging Association Diploma exams and get two Diplomas for the price of one!
The College is located in the heart of London, just ten minutes walk from the school to Kensington Olympia and Hammersmith underground station. The College is located in a modern building, furnished with clean, high quality furniture, and suitable for studying and working in a wonderful and friendly environment. As well as a study centre, a computer area with high speed wireless internet access, a café, and a library that are free to all the students.
VISA APPLICATION PROCESS
To apply for a UK visa you have to ask your local British Embassy/Consulate for Form IM2A which is for entry clearance. The Form is free but once you have filled it in there is an application fee. You then should submit the form, your passport, the fee and 2 passport sized photographs to request an appointment with an entry officer(this take two or three weeks).
When you have your visa interview you must take the following documents:
1. Any certificates/qualifications you have
2. Your passport
3. Evidence of enough money to study in the UK.(it will be stated in your visa letter how much you have paid in advance and you should have at least 10.000.00 GBP in local currency for one years living and study expenses. You will not get a visa if you have less than this amount.
Also you will need:
1. An acceptable level of English for the course you propose to study
2. No intention to staying in UK at the end of your studies (you will not get a visa if you say you want to stay in the UK after completing your course).
3. If you have no accommodation plans we will book you in the St. Giles Hotel Bedford Avenue London for the first few nights at the cost of 25 GBP per night.
PRICE, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Fees include the cost of textbooks, tuition and all student services. Not including any accommodation or meal costs. Your fees are refundable (less a £100.00 handling charge) if you do not receive a visa.
