Internship Programme offers a unique way in which to develop personal and career goals through work experience in most vocational areas. The Programme aims is to provide a means of improving existing English language skills in a professional environment, enhance employment opportunities within an increasingly competitive employment market and increase awareness of international business and practical work experience.
Hospitality Work Experience Program is designed for all students who are considered a career in the hospitality industry. The teaching element is for an initial 2-8 weeks, and gives a basic introduction to catering and hospitality management. The practical element is for 8 -40 weeks, and will introduce the student to common working practices in the UK catering industry. Students return to school for 1 week to complete course work and validation. The internship is paid. Students are expected to earn at least National Minimum Wage (4,25 -5,05 GBP per hour).Students receive information about their accommodation prior to the course start date. The course leads to an externally validated qualification by Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).
Introduction to International Nursing and Health Care Course is designed for all students who are considering a career in the nursing or health care industry. The teaching element is for initial 3-4 weeks, and gives a basic introduction. The practical element will introduce the student to common working practice in the UK. Teach UK Program gives a unique opportunity for overseas qualified teachers to work at a school in the UK as a teaching assistant. Placement is available in State and Private schools at Primary or Secondary levels. Participants will undertake various teaching assistant roles and receive a minimum 200 GBP per week stipend, accommodation and meals.
