SPANISH AND INTERNSHIP IN SPAIN
INTRODUCTION
In today’s business environment the ability to communicate in several languages is essential. However, young people and employers are increasingly looking for more than this. They want inter-cultural business skills of the sort that can only be gained by working in different countries.
One of the most famous language centers in Spain (Malaga) has created a “quality partnership” with ONECO, a company in Sevilla dedicated to the provision and monitoring of quality professional internship.
In Malaga students acquire the Spanish language skills necessary for their subsequent work placement. ONECO, located in the heart of Sevilla’s historic center, can provide the full range of work placements according to each student’s academic and linguistic achievements ad career interests.
You can choose one of the following professional and business sectors:
• Hotel and tourism
• The Media
• Business administration
• Architecture and design
• Agriculture and ecology
• Etc.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Min age.-18 years
• The Spanish language and hotel work experience programmes must be booked and paid in full before a visa support letter can be issued
• Student must apply for this programme at least 4-5 months before the start date to allow time to get the visa and leave 2 clear months to organize the hotel placemenå
• Beginners in Spanish will have to attend at least 10 weeks of Spanish language training (Intensive Spanish Courses)
• Work experience in the chosen sphere is preferable
DURATION AND STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAM
Work placement (max. 8 weeks) should be followed by Intensive Spanish Course (minimum 2 weeks in Malaga, beginners in Spanish will need at least 10 weeks).
STARTING DATES
Intensive course starts every 2 weeks throughout the every year. Work Experience programme starts any Monday.
TUITION AND ACCOMMODATION FEE
Work Experience Placement Fee 450 EURO
Intensive Spanish Course 348 EURO per 2 weeks
Civil responsibility insurance 50 EURO
Student apartment single room 95 EURO per week
Student apartment twin room 85 EURO per week
The following are not included in tuition and accommodation fees: travel, transfer, visa insurance, health insurance and consular fee etc.

DOCUMENTS FOR VISA PROCEDURE
• You will have to fill in an application form
• You will need a letter from the school confirming your course
• Also you will need financial documents proving that you can support yourself in Spain (e.g. bank statement)
