The granted minimum annual wage is US$ 39.000 in the first year of employment. Due to individual qualification, experience and achievement your earnings may rise. (additional weekend-duties up to US$ 600, extra payment). The program includes a job rotation system which offers excellent opportunities to gain work experience in various fields.

Practically it’s a post-graduated program - for seniors and post-graduated students – giving you Master Degree. An obligatory requirement of getting Master Degree is to pass through professional practice, that’s why the curriculum includes getting paid work experience along with studies at the university.
