THE GREEN CARD FOR "REGISTERED NURSES"


The medCARE 24 program was developed for procuring jobs for nursing personnel in the USA. All qualified applicants will get a 2-years working contract with Open Hearts, an American recruitment agency placed in Miami/Florida.
Open Hearts in the US will serve all participants with a great program of integration, socialization, further training and higher-than-average salaries.
The granted minimum annual wage is US$ 39.000 in the first year of employment. Due to individual qualification, experience and achievement your earnings may rise. (additional weekend-duties up to US$ 600, extra payment). The program includes a job rotation system which offers excellent opportunities to gain work experience in various fields. The placement will mainly be provided in Florida.

PREREQUISITES:


• Minimum age: 21 years
• Having completed professional training in the nursing field
• Two years of work experience
• Males and females

DOCUMENTS NEEDED:


• Copy of High School Diploma (not notarized)
• Copy of the University Diploma (not notarized)
• Copy of University Transcripts
• Attended seminars/certification of add. courses
• Copy of professional nursing license (not notarized)
• 2 prof. references (if available)
• Birth certificate for own children under 21
• Marriage certificate
• 4 passport size fotos
• Copy of the passport
• Police record
• TOEFL or TSE
All the documents should be translated in English.

THE MAIN STEPS OF REGISTRATION PROCESS:


1. Participant provides application form, skills check list, CV in English and all the documents listed above to US site via agency.
2. A signed 2-year contract with US Agency must be sent along with the application material and credentials.
3. Upon the review of the dossier final acceptance in the program will be granted and a letter of Approval will be sent to the participant. If refused, the Approval fee will be refunded in full. Approval fee is 500$
4. The participant must attend a personal or small group interview with official. If following the interview a participant was found unsuitable for the program he/she would be dismissed and the approval fee would be refunded in full.
5. US site will prepare all documents to be sent to the CGFNS and to the Florida Board of Nursing. Participant will only have to sign the documents and provide the required documents. US site will also book the NCLEX-RN exam date for the participant. At this stage 1750$ fee should be paid which covers CGFNS, Certification, Nursing Board Licensing, NCLEX-RN exam fee and mailing cost.
6. Applicant prepares for the exam and makes arrangements to take the NCLEX-RN exam in the USA. US site will provide up to one week accommodation in Miami free of charge.
7. After the application has passed the exam the  result will be submitted to Florida Board of nursing and start the Visa screen program process. At this stage 1750$ fee should be paid which covers Vise Screen program fee, INS filling fee and attorney fee.
8. Upon receipt of the visa screening certificate associated attorneys will file for the Greencard petition.
9. The applicant should make an appointment at the nearest American Consulate or Embassy where he/she will need to come for an interview to receive an immigrant visa.
10. Arrival. Placement in a RN position in a Florida hospital. The applicant will enter the USA with a Greencard, a few days before the first schedule date of work.
TOTAL FEE TO BE PAID IS 4000$

APPLICATION TIMELINE:


It is expected that participant could start working in the USA approx. 11-12 months after acceptation of the application. In detail, the following steps are to be taken:
1st to 2nd month: submission of the application dossier
3rd to 5th month: TOEFL or TSE
6th month: CGFNS
8th month: NCLEX-RN
9th to 10th month: visa application process
11th to 12th month: arrival in the USA
